Web Pro Partner Program Terms & Conditions

The ServePath Web Pro Partner Program(and ColoServe, UpStream Networks and GoGrid) is for web professionals to bring new customer leads to the ServePath sales group and receive a recurring stream of cash payments when the lead becomes a direct customer.

Participants: Web and information technology professionals who regularly see, influence, specify, advise and purchase servers in the course of their work with clients. Participants should be businesslike, polite and responsive to communications. Participants must register with ServePath and may participate at no cost to themselves.

Who Sells?: ServePath (and ColoServe, UpStream Networks and GoGrid) expect to do much of the selling in cooperation with the Pro Partner bringing in the lead. ServePath will generate the quotes and evangelize the benefits. The Pro Partner will work with specific ServePath sales account managers to meet and exceed the prospects’ needs and expectations.

Products: All ServePath and ColoServe, UpStream Networks and GoGrid products qualify for the Web Pro Partner Program when those products are first purchased by a new customer who was introduced by a Pro Partner.

Payment: The Pro Partner Program pays 5% of the first 12 months’ recurring revenue generated by the new customer. Payment is by check quarterly and generally payment starts 30 to 60 days after the lead becomes a paying customer of ServePath(or the other SP brands).

Minimum Payment: ServePath (SP) will issue Web Pro Partner payment checks for $50.00 or more. If a Pro Partner is owed an amount less than $50.00, The Web Pro Partner may combine two referral payments to achieve the $50.00 minimum.

Bonus Payments: Every 5th successful Web Pro Partner referral to ServePath generates a bonus $500.00 payment.

Alternative Charitable Donation: Web Pro Partners may elect to have their referral fee(s) paid to a charity of ServePath’s choosing. Currently we favor Habitat for Humanity.

  • Must not be a new customer referring themselves. This is not a discount program.
