The ServePath Referral Program (and ColoServe, UpStream Networks and GoGrid) is for friends, technologists, and customers who refer single or occasional prospects to the ServePath sales group and receive service credit or cash payments when the referral becomes a customer.
Participants: Anyone who is businesslike, polite, responsive to communications and who sees opportunities to sell server services may participate at no cost to the referrer.
Products: All ServePath and ColoServe, UpStream Networks and GoGrid products qualify for the referral program when they are first purchased by a new customer who was referred.
Payment: The Referral Program pays 25% of the first month’s recurring revenue generated by the new customer that was referred. Payment is by check between 30 and 60 days after the referred party becomes a paying customer of ServePath(or the other ServePath brands).
EG: JoAnne, who is an employee of a furniture moving company refers Company A to ServePath because she knows they are moving their premises and have a closet full of legacy servers. Over the next 8 weeks ServePath sells Company A $1000 per month ServePath server package. Approximately 60 days thereafter JoAnne receives a check from ServePath for $250.
Minimum Payment: ServePath will issue referral payment checks for $50.00 or more.
Bonus Payments: After the 5th successful referral to ServePath and the related brands, the 6th and subsequent referrals are paid at double the standard rate referral payment.
Service Credit: Existing customers who refer a new customer may elect to receive a 100% service credit in their ServePath account in lieu of payment by check.
Alternative Charitable Donation: Either customers or “friends” may elect to have their referral fee(s) paid to a charity of ServePath’s choosing. Currently we favor Habitat for Humanity.
New “Referred” Customers Who Qualify: Any new, unique and honest customer who requires servers and server services is eligible with the following exceptions:
- Must be new: not an extension or growth of an existing customer.
- Must not be active in ServePath’s sales funnel as defined and date stamped by ServePath’s implementation of Salesforce.com. If a prospect is in ServePath’s Salesforce funnel and has been subject to ServePath sales activity in the preceding 90 days, then ServePath will inform the referrer that this referral does not qualify for a referral payment.
- Must not be a new customer referring themselves. This is not a discount program.
Taxes: The referring party who receives payment or credit from ServePath is responsible for all taxes which may be due to any entity. ServePath may require fully executed IRS form W9 prior to issuing payment or credit to any party.
Disputes and Refusals: ServePath reserves the right to refuse to accept referrals from any referring party and Servepath reserves the right to refuse to pursue or continue sales activities and to refuse to sign as a customer any referred party. By participating in this referral program, referrers agree that all decisions regarding these terms and conditions are by ServePath and are final. ServePath will make vigorous efforts to communicate its decisions to the referring party.
Changes or Cancellation of Referral Program: ServePath reserves the right to change this referral program at any time and in any way. Furthermore, ServePath may cancel this program or substitute another program at any time.
Agreement: By sending ServePath a referral by any method, the referrer agrees to all of these stated Terms and Conditions.
